Chia and Bountiful Berry Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or açai berries make great options)
  • 1 scoop Red Vitality Superfood or Green Vitality Superfood by Super Nature Fusion
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
